For High Performers Feeling Overextended

Reclaim balance, focus, and inner stability.

I offer yoga rooted in somatic awareness and one-on-one spiritual mentorship, both designed to support a deeper, more attuned relationship with your body and nervous system.

About Me

What if the next level isn't another achievement, but a quieter mind while you achieve?

High performance is a skill. So is presence. So is feeling at home in your own body while you move through a demanding life.

I help ambitious people develop the inner stability that makes everything else (the wins, the pace, the pressure) feel more sustainable, more easeful, and more yours.

My Path to This Work I spent sixteen years in international trade and have lived across three countries. I understand the rhythm of high performance: the drive, the discipline, the constant forward motion. I also know what it's like when that forward motion becomes the only mode you have. What shifted for me wasn't a rejection of ambition. It was discovering that presence and achievement aren't opposites; they're partners. When the inner world is stable, the outer world doesn't just look successful. It feels like yours. What I Bring I've practiced yoga since 2011 and have taught since 2018. But this work goes deeper than movement. Since 2017, I've been committed to daily practice and the applied study of somatic awareness and spiritual inquiry, not as concepts, but as lived experience. I now guide others through the same integration: body, mind, and nervous system working as one intelligent system. The result isn't less ambition. It's ambition that doesn't cost you your peace. Why Clients Stay Many of my clients have worked with me for years, not because something is wrong, but because this work keeps refining what's right. It's a practice, not a fix. And it meets you wherever you are: whether you're navigating pressure, seeking more clarity, or simply ready to enjoy the life you've built. I meet you where you are. I offer both challenge and care. And I walk with you into what's next.

What Clients Experience

CORE TEACHING

The Nature of Mind

A teaching on seeing clearly

There is something you have carried with you your entire life. It has shaped every experience you have ever had, every relationship, every moment of joy and suffering. It is closer to you than your own breath. And yet, most people never truly see it.

I am speaking of the mind.

Not the brain. Not your thoughts. Something subtler. The mind is the lens through which everything appears to you. It is the space in which your entire world arises. And here is what changes everything: the lens is not neutral. It colours what it sees.

You do not experience the world as it is. You experience the world as your mind presents it to you. This is not philosophy. This is the most practical truth you will ever encounter.

What you see out there is always, in part, a reflection of

what lives in here.

Consider this: two people stand in the same room, at the same moment. One feels safe. The other feels threatened. The room has not changed. The world has not changed. But their experience of it is entirely different. Why? Because the mind does not simply receive reality. It interprets, filters, and shapes it before you ever become aware of what you are seeing.

This is not a flaw. It is the nature of perception itself. But when we do not understand this, we live as though our experience is the whole truth. We defend our interpretations. We suffer our projections. We believe the movie playing on the screen is the only movie that exists.

It is not.

The moment you begin to see this, something shifts. Not because you have acquired new knowledge, but because you have stepped back far enough to notice what was always happening. You begin to recognise the difference between what is actually occurring and what your mind is adding to it.

This is the beginning of freedom.

The freedom to see a thought arise and know it as a thought. To feel an emotion move through you without becoming lost in its story. To witness your own patterns with clarity and compassion, rather than being blindly driven by them.

Most people spend their lives rearranging the furniture of their external world, hoping it will finally make them feel at peace. They change jobs, relationships, cities. And sometimes these changes help. But if the lens remains unchanged, the same colours will appear wherever you go.

You cannot outrun what lives inside you. But you can turn toward it.

And in turning toward it, you begin to transform it.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about uncovering what has always been here, beneath the accumulated layers of conditioning, belief,  and unconscious repetition. The mind can be clarified. The lens can be cleaned. And when it is, you do not see a different world. You see the same world, differently. More truly. With more space, more ease, more presence.

But here is what I want you to know: this does not happen through intellectual understanding alone.

You can read these words and feel something stir in you. You can nod and say, yes, this makes sense. But recognition is not transformation. Insight is not integration. The mind is deeply patterned, and patterns do not dissolve simply because we have seen them once. They dissolve through sustained attention, honest inquiry, and the willingness to meet what we would rather avoid.

This is why practice matters. Not as a chore, but as a returning. A gentle, persistent returning to presence. To curiosity. To the willingness to see yourself clearly, even when it is uncomfortable.

And this is why guidance matters. Left to ourselves, we circle the same ground. We avoid what is difficult. We mistake our blind spots for truth. A guide does not give you something you do not already have. They help you see what you cannot yet see on your own. They hold the space for you to meet yourself fully.

The mind is not your enemy. It is your instrument. When you learn to work with it consciously, everything changes. Not because the world changes, but because you are finally seeing it without the fog of unconscious interpretation.

This is the work I offer. Clarity, not doctrine. Direct seeing, not borrowed belief. I will help you to see clearly for yourself, so you can recognise what is worth keeping and what is ready to be released. Not a new philosophy, but a return to yourself.

If something in these words has spoken to you, trust that. It is not an accident that you are here. The part of you that recognised this teaching is the same part that is ready to go deeper.

The door is open. You need only walk through.

Private SAMADHI Yoga Practice

One-on-One Sessions | Online or In Person

SAMADHI Yoga is how I care for the people I work with.

We begin in stillness, with inner reflection. From there, movement arises to help release the mental clutter that has accumulated: impatience, anger, guilt and so on. As these clear, spaciousness opens. The breath deepens. The body softens.

From this, focus sharpens, clarity expands, and creativity flows. Many practitioners find they are more productive, more inspired, when the mind is no longer crowded.

We also challenge the body. Through intentional movement, we strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and build resilience. The spine is nourished through rounding and arching, which hydrates the discs, supports bone density, and releases stored tension. Circulation improves. Posture realigns naturally. The body becomes more adaptable, more capable, more alive.

Each session is fully attuned to you: your body, your current state.

Spiritual Mentorship for Children and Teenagers

One-on-One Guidance | Children and Teenagers

I vividly remember moments during my childhood and teenage years, seeking guidance and clarity. Even with open-minded, supportive, and loving parents, there were experiences I did not want to share with them.

This is why a loving and trusted guide can be so valuable.

I have been working with young people one-on-one and in small groups since 2018. I deeply care for every young person I have the blessing to work with, and I deeply treasure their trust. Lovingly and skilfully, I guide them to look deeper, to see how their thoughts and beliefs shape their experience. When a young person truly grasps this, something shifts. They begin to take responsibility for their inner world. This is not about fixing what is wrong. It is about awakening what is already within them.

Each beloved is met exactly where they are. I listen deeply and feel into what is needed: whether to build structure and discipline, or more ease. The approach is never forced. It unfolds naturally, session by session.

From the Heart

"Working with Agatha in one-on-one spiritual mentoring was a truly special experience. Nicole had struggled with many aspects of her life in the past, and Agatha walked alongside her through it all. Even in moments of deep hopelessness, Agatha remained present, guiding her with great compassion and love. With Agatha’s support in the last years, Nicole learned how to connect with her higher self and how to navigate difficult emotions and thoughts with more clarity and strength. Today, Nicole lives with a sense of joy, balance, and freedom she once could hardly imagine. She shares her life with a loving partner, is dedicated to her studies and personal growth, and approaches challenges with clarity, confidence, and responsibility. Much of this transformation is thanks to Agatha, who was always by her side. Through her loving, joyful, and supportive presence, Agatha helped Nicole reconnect with hope and break free from the limiting patterns of her past. What makes Agatha’s mentoring so special is her authenticity and heartfelt dedication. Her support is warm, grounding, and deeply restorative, gently guiding you back to who you really are. I am deeply thankful for her insight and guidance. Working with Agatha has been an important part of my healing journey and has helped me live with more awareness, integrity, and openness.
